Innolink Staff is a Finnish personnel service enterprise established in 2009. Every year, we provide employment for hundreds of people, arrange dozens of recruitment trainings, and currently follow 34 different collective agreements. Our area of operations includes all of Finland, and we also provide employment for professionals abroad.
The founders of the company Jarkko Varvio and Lari Nurmi started employing temporary workers from their “living room office” in 2009. Sufficient humility, boundless self-confidence, lofty goals, and a great team have caused Innolink Staff to grow steadily, and its turnover in 2021 was as high as 20 million euros. We are sufficiently small to operate in an agile way and to accommodate various customer needs, and large enough to manage even larger projects to their successful completion. We are part of the Innolink Group, which also provides knowledge-driven leadership services for businesses.
A personal and smooth approach to providing services has always been important to us – you will always get a dedicated contact person to keep your personnel matters or your employment relationship under control. We are here to help you quickly and efficiently when your business grows and you need skilled workers or when your operations fluctuate with the seasons.
There are currently 20 people working at Innolink Staff. Our team consists of professional and efficient payroll accountants, HR specialists, and sales personnel. Innolink Staff always works together, fearlessly, and with agility. You can mostly find us on locations in Tampere, Turku, Seinäjoki, and Pori.
