Regular cooperation between FläktGroup Finland Oy and Innolink has begun in 2011. The cooperation started with the implementation of employee surveys and later customer satisfaction surveys. Survey research is used to measure achievement of goals by monitoring, for example, customer satisfaction from different angles, customer prospects, and positioning the company in the industry. FläktGroup utilizes the InnoWeb publishing platform to view survey research data online. Areas of research, findings and conclusions, such as open-ended feedback, are discussed at the result meetings. FläktGroup has also utilized Innolink’s Sales Management Coaching expertise.
