Customers trust in Fingrid
Established in 1996, Fingrid is a Finnish public limited liability company responsible for the electricity transmission in the high-voltage transmission system in Finland. The nationwide grid is an integral part of the power system in Finland. The transmission grid is the key power transmission network, and major power plants, industrial plants, and regional electricity distribution networks are connected to the grid.

Fingrid trusts in Innolink
The collaboration between Fingrid and Innolink began already in 2016. A strategic customer satisfaction survey is carried out regularly each year. In addition, Innolink has implemented a public authority survey for Fingrid in connection to a customer survey. To monitor the survey results, Fingrid uses the InnolinkWeb reporting portal and performance notices issued as infographics.

According to the latest survey, customers are happy with Fingrid’s services, and more than half of them estimate that Fingrid’s performance has improved in the past year. Customers consider Fingrid to be an open and cooperative operator. In the open-ended questions, Fingrid is praised, for example, as a “European pioneer”. The employees also receive glowing reviews: “The Fingrid people seem positive, willing to cooperate and, to the appropriate extent, open.”
